Houston improved last year with a 9-7 record which was it’s first winning season since coming into the NFL as an expansion team. To repeat this performance in the 2010 campaign, they must overcome the first few weeks of the season, as they have started off each year horribly. This task will not be easy. Besides their stout division opponents, they also face the NFC East which is no cake walk. In the offseason the Texans addressed their needs at the running back position and in their secondary. This may not be enough improvement to defeat the Colts but may just prove to be enough to make the playoffs for the first time.
