This team just needs to do a better job of taking care of the pigskin. North Texas threw 17 INTs last season. The defense probably won’t improve much upon its 112th ranking in the land in scoring last year (35.6 PPG), but at least there are some winnable games to speak of. This could be the most improved team in the Sun Belt, as a duplicate of last year’s 2-10 mark would be brutally disappointing.
