UNDER 32.5 Carolina Panthers vs. New York Giants:
Don’t expect to see much of the starters tonight in this one. Eli Manning is the franchise now for the Giants, and after signing a huge contract recently, Tom Coughlin would be nuts to risk an injury right now.

Jake Delhomme is coming off a good season in ’08, though it ended terrible in a playoff loss to Arizona. Delhomme is a veteran, so it won’t be necessary to give him a lot of reps this early in preseason. Carolina will also be without superstar WR Steve Smith, who injured his shoulder last week in practice. Expect a low scoring game tonight at the Meadowlands.
