The Pittsburgh Penguins have regained their form after a long slump, and the addition of Bill Guerin in a trade deadline deal yesterday certainly does not hurt in this revenge spot vs. the Florida Panthers.

The Penguins have now won four straight games and six of their last seven, and the amazing thing is that the four-game winning streak has come without Sidney Crosby, who has been nursing a groin injury. Well, Crosby may be back tonight, and Pittsburgh has not forgotten that the Panthers went into Pittsburgh and embarrassed the Penguins 6-1 in front of their disappointed home fans January 3.

While Guerin is expected to help the Penguins with his veteran leadership, his scoring ability (he led the Islanders in scoring at the time of the trade) and his Stanley Cup experience (Devils), the Panthers made no major moves yesterday. Yes, Florida is 17-8-5 at home this season with their current roster, but that may be offset here by the Penguins revenge factor.

We feel that Pittsburgh is also simply the better team right now, so look for them to get that revenge here at a decent price.
