The Boise State Broncos are set to take on the TCU Horned Frogs Tuesday evening in the fourth annual poinsettia bowl. As for Boise State, they have a short bowl game history, one that dates back to the 1999 Humanitarian Bowl. Last season, the Broncos were beat by East Carolina in the Hawaii Bowl by a score of 41-38, a year after pulling out a huge overtime upset win over Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl (43-42), a game that is sure to remembered by any serious college football fan. Boise is 5-3 in bowl games, with one of those being a 34-31 win over TCU in the 2003 Fort Worth Bowl which is the only prior meeting between these two teams.
