How bad was Seattle in its last game at Denver? The hapless Sonics lost by 52-points and were absolutely embarrassing to watch.
While most will sell an overconfident Suns tonight, and a motivated Sonics squad, nothing could be further from the truth.
This is a great spot for Phoenix — and the matchup is a poor one for Seattle. Ignore the back-to-back road contests the Suns face, as the team has owned this series and have claimed victory in all three contests this year.
It is irrelevant that the Sonics have had time to wake up from the disaster in Denver, and the reports that they bounced back in their last practice means nothing in this venture. While the Sonics are 3-0 ATS against the Suns this year, none of the game offered a completely healthy Phoenix squad, and no team is playing better than Nash, Shaq and company at this point in the season (Houston lost by 20 last night).
Call me square, tell me I’m bucking odds and trends in this contest… I say phooey.
